Adventure Cardiff provides
educational activities for schools and young people from a
single activity to week long programmes. Whether it’s an end
of school term activity day, Duke of Edinburgh award,
alternative curriculum based study or part of Key Skills
Development, we offer an extensive range of schools
programmes and activities.
All courses run by
Adventure Cardiff are designed to support Key Stages 2 - 4
of the National Curriculum.
We can offer activities and
courses at our centres and offsite, ranging from one day to
a full week, from a few children to the whole school.
Children from Key Stage 2 upwards can take part in
activities such as team building, climbing, problem solving
and many more.
Specific activities can be
delivered as part of G.C.S.E., A-Level, BTec and Public
services courses.

Paddlesport: Offers a wide variety of
qualifications from Paddlepower and Star Awards through to
coaching certificates.
Sailing and Windsurfing:
Following the RYA Stage 1 - 4, students will gather
knowledge and experience in sailing. Sailing and Windsurfing
are delivered alongside the RYA OnBoard scheme. At present,
Llanishen Sailing Centre is the only recognised OnBoard
Centre in Wales.
Rowing: Supported by the
Steve Redgrave Trust, students will gain experience in
rowing and sculling following WARA’s Blades Course.
