Rowing and sculling (which is similar to rowing but each crew member uses two oars, or ‘blades’, rather than one) are sports that have been participated in for centuries. They have become increasingly popular with both adults and children, from a wide spectrum of backgrounds. more ....

Windsurfing:
Windsurfing is one of the most exhilarating watersports. It is an exciting, challenging sport. Thanks to
our unique position, Adventure Cardiff offers the ideal venues with both sheltered water at our Llanishen Sailing Centre for the novice and open water at our Cardiff Bay Centre for the more skilled. We are an RYA Training Centre and offer courses for both adults and children.

Powerboating:
The National Powerboat Scheme is for those who use small, open powerboats for leisure or work. It consists of a series of practical courses which will increase your knowledge and confidence and could help you progress to the RYA/MCA Certificates of Competence, recognised by maritime authorities worldwide. more ....

Multy Activity:
Multi Activity Courses are specifically designed to cater for both dry and wetweather; demonstrating all Adventure Cardiff has to offer.
